Privacy Policy

Effective August 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mantra Computer (“Mantra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, software, and AI-powered personal computing services (the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Mantra, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, login information, and preferences.
  • Content and instructions, including prompts, tasks, files, messages, feedback, and other information you give the Services.
  • Connected-service information, such as content, metadata, contacts, calendar events, files, and account details made available when you connect a third-party service.
  • Agent activity, including plans, tool calls, approvals, Actions taken, results, and records needed to explain, operate, or secure an agent’s work.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, pages and features used, diagnostics, and crash data.
  • Payment information. If we offer paid Services, our payment provider will process payment-card and billing data. Mantra may receive transaction and subscription details but does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
  • Communications, including support requests, survey responses, and correspondence with us.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • understand requests, plan tasks, generate Output, and take Actions on your behalf;
  • connect to and exchange information with services you choose;
  • authenticate users and protect accounts and the Services;
  • detect abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce our Terms;
  • provide support and communicate service-related updates;
  • analyze performance and develop new features; and
  • comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.

3. AI processing and model training

Mantra may send relevant Input to AI model providers and other processors to generate Output or complete a task. We seek to use provider settings and contractual terms that restrict those providers from using your private content to train their general-purpose models.

We do not use private content from your connected services or private agent interactions to train general-purpose AI models unless you explicitly opt in. We may use feedback you deliberately submit, and aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably identify you, to evaluate and improve the Services and their safety.

4. Agent access and Actions

An AI agent can only be useful when it has enough context and access to complete your request. If you grant access, Mantra may encounter personal or sensitive information in your files, messages, screen, applications, or connected accounts. The agent may transmit relevant information to a connected service or another recipient when that is necessary to carry out your instruction—for example, sending a message or completing a booking.

Agent systems present novel risks, including unintended Actions, incorrect Output, exposure of information to an unintended party, and malicious instructions embedded in third-party content. We use technical and product safeguards to reduce these risks, but no safeguard is perfect. Limit access to what is needed, use approval controls, and review sensitive Actions.

5. When we share information

We may share information with:

  • vendors that provide hosting, AI processing, analytics, security, payments, communications, and customer support;
  • connected services and recipients at your direction or as needed to complete a task you requested;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and corporate affiliates who need it for legitimate business purposes;
  • authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements; and
  • a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Connected services

Connecting an account authorizes Mantra to access and use data from that account to provide the requested features. You can disconnect an account through the Services or the connected provider. Some information already copied into Mantra may remain until you delete it or request deletion.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and reliable records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and how it is used. Account content is generally kept while your account is active and deleted or deidentified after you delete it or request deletion, subject to limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention needs.

Disconnecting a service stops new access but may not delete data already stored in Mantra. You may request deletion by emailing us.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or lost. Please protect your account credentials and avoid granting broader access than a task requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You may update account information, disconnect integrations, and choose whether to provide optional information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may appeal a decision about a privacy request by replying to our response.

To make a request, email hello@mantra.computer. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. International use

Mantra and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Services evolve. We will change the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@mantra.computer.
