Terms of Use
Effective August 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to Mantra’s websites, software, and AI-powered personal computing services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Mantra for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
1. Who may use Mantra
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. How the Services work
Mantra uses artificial intelligence to understand instructions, produce content, plan work, and take actions on your behalf. You may provide prompts, files, messages, credentials, preferences, and other material (“Input”). The Services may return text, files, recommendations, code, or other material (“Output”), and may perform tasks in Mantra or in services you connect (“Actions”).
AI systems are probabilistic. Output and Actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing important Output and monitoring consequential Actions. Do not rely on Mantra as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Your instructions and agent Actions
When you ask Mantra to complete a task, you authorize the Services to take reasonably necessary steps on your behalf, including using connected services, exchanging information with third parties, and creating, editing, sending, or deleting content when your request calls for it. An Action taken through your account is treated as an Action taken by you.
You are responsible for setting appropriate permissions and limits, confirming that your instructions are lawful, and ensuring you have authority to use any account, data, or content involved. You should use available approval controls for sensitive or irreversible work and independently confirm purchases, public communications, account changes, and other high-impact Actions.
4. Connected services
You may connect third-party websites, applications, devices, and accounts. You authorize Mantra to access and interact with them as needed to provide the Services and complete your requests. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Mantra is not responsible for a third party’s availability, content, security, or decisions.
If an Action involves a purchase or agreement with a third party, the transaction is between you and that third party. You are responsible for the price, terms, taxes, fulfillment, cancellation, and disputes associated with it.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your Input. You give Mantra a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your Input only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the Input you provide.
As between you and Mantra, and to the extent allowed by law, you own the Output created specifically for you. Because AI can produce similar results for different people, Output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for checking whether your use of Output violates another person’s rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
- create or distribute malware or interfere with any service;
- deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or harm people;
- impersonate someone or misrepresent AI-generated material;
- make fully automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, legal services, or medical care without legally required notice and meaningful human review;
- circumvent safeguards, usage limits, or security controls; or
- help another person do any of the above.
We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
7. Mantra’s rights
Mantra and its licensors own the Services, including the software, design, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without your permission.
8. Beta services and changes
The Services may include experimental or beta features. They may change, fail, or be discontinued and may cause loss or corruption of data. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect paid Services.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Mantra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant that Output or Actions will be correct, safe, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantra and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Mantra for the Services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
